Cooking
Clean the squid, seafood give spontaneously to thaw. Better to use fresh shrimp, but in the absence can be taken and boiled. The number of seafood on your taste and availability, you can also add mussels or to replace the sea cocktail. Put the seafood in a colander to glass excess fluid, it is not needed in the dish.
Take seaweed, if boiled, then simply recline in a colander to glass excess fluid. If frozen, then boil. If marinated, it is best to rinse and drain in a colander.
In a pan pour oil and over medium heat passeruem onion for two minutes until transparent, not fry.
Squid cut into thin strips. All the seafood soak a paper towel, and so they let the juice out during cooking and the extra moisture is not needed.
Put seafood to the onions and over high heat fry with continuous stirring for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce. Here is the perfect Sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki.
Continue to cook over high heat to evaporate excess liquid, add the chili flakes and ground coriander, stir.
Put sea Kale, stir, turn off the fire.
Give food to infuse. It can be served immediately, but I don't like warm seaweed, I prefer this snack chilled.
When serving, sprinkle dried in a pan with white sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
