Tomatoes stuffed with bulgur
If your festive feast will be attended by guests who observe Christmas post, offer to cook them tomatoes stuffed with bulgur with vegetables. But for those who post not in compliance, these tomatoes are good as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Bulgur

    60 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Marjoram

    1 pinch

  • Thyme

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. I used millet TM Mistral.

The carrots and peel the onion. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil.

Bulgur mix with vegetables, add spices, to taste salt.

From tomatoes to cut off the lid, remove the pulp and tightly stuff the resulting mass.

The tomato spread in a greased baking dish, place in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
