Not a secret that it's difficult in life to meet a man who loves oatmeal for Breakfast. I have not met. And even if the oatmeal to cook once a month, you still hear the sacramental "Again?". But not this time. This oatmeal ate and asked for more. And how many should be the weak woman for happiness? :)

Cooking
Zucchini and eggplant wash, cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.
Chopped vegetables with salt and let stand for 15 minutes.
Flakes of TM "Mistral" pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2, cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
The flakes add the ricotta, finely grated cheese and garlic, chopped dill and sour cream.
Add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly until smooth. This is our "oatmeal" for my husband :). Left it (to disguise) to bring to perfection.
Fresh bread to cut out circles of a suitable size glass.
Fry the zucchini and eggplant on both sides in a frying pan, lay on a paper towel.
To make the "turrets" using "the oatmeal" as a cream, in this order: bread, oatmeal porridge, eggplant, oatmeal porridge, zucchini.
Here is the compromise :).
