Ovsey trifle with spicy granola
The original idea of vegetable trifle with granola cereal is the perfect solution! Why trifle must be a dessert? Offer you the option of savoury trifle with juicy seasonal tomatoes, fragrant peppers and incredibly delicious granola cereal!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    100 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Spices

  • Balsamic

I have not once had to cook the granola on a variety of recipes, but none of them were as fast as this. No heating up the oven and long baking required: cooker, frying pan, 5 minutes and ready! For the granola mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients. Add the oil and carefully RUB it with your hands in a mixture of flakes and spices. On one of the burners heat the pan. Stirring regularly, fry the flakes until they become a nice creamy shade.

The peppers bake, the skin should be charred and easily to go with them. Clean the peppers from the skin and seeds.

Then make the tomato concasse. Tomatoes, make two cuts - cross. Then put the tomato in a bowl and pour boiling water. Leave the tomato in boiling water for about 1 minute. Tomato peel, cut into 4 pieces and cut out the core (seeds).

Cut the vegetables into dice. Greens finely crumble. Fill the vegetables with salt and balsamic vinegar.

In a separate bowl prepare the ricotta: season with salt and balsamic vinegar.

Put layers of vegetables, ricotta, granola. Layers to repeat. Complete vegetables and sprinkle with granola.
