Pate of green peas and chickpeas
Vegetable pate recipe which I found in the Swedish magazine Buffe. The recipe resembles hummus but has a milder taste due to the presence of green peas.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Chickpeas

    400 g

  • Paste tahini

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Broth

    50 ml

  • Greens

We will prepare our ingredients. Peas to defrost and drain the liquid. Instead of vegetable broth you can use water. I took the broth from the broccoli and cauliflower. You can throw a cube of vegetable broth, but did not need salt.
