Cooking
Preheat the serum. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well. The pumpkin to boil, cool and blend. Add the pumpkin seeds and puree. Stir thoroughly.
Pour the flour and knead the dough. The result is a fairly sticky dough, but flour is not added. Pour the oil and knead the dough until it will not cease to stick to hands.
Leave the dough in a warm place until will increase in 2 times. When the dough has risen, punch down and put it in a baking dish, preliminary greased with vegetable oil. Let stand the dough for about 15 minutes and send in the oven at 180 deg. until tender.
