Rye bread with soy sauce and spices
Inspired by the example of Lyudmila yugai ludmila65, I also decided to bake bread with soy sauce. The bread turned out so delicious and crispy upper crust, as a child brown bread for 20 cents. Of course, I doubt that in Soviet times, bread was added to soy sauce, but the taste was like. And the side crust tastes like rye bread! And indeed, in the second and third day, the bread becomes tastier and tastier, especially the crust! Try it and you will not regret it!
