I was given a jar of liquid chocolate, eat it in its pure form I wanted and I used it for dessert. Turned out quite nice...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

Proteins separated from the yolks and whisk. RUB the yolks with sugar, add butter, flour, knead the dough, add the beaten egg whites, bake the cake. Cooling and leave the next day. Cut into two parts: one to put at the bottom of a split form, the other cut into squares.

Soak gelatine in cold water for 30 minutes, drain. Half of the cream to warm and dissolve the gelatin in them, and the rest to combine with the liquid chocolate. Mix it all together.

Pour part of the top of the cake, put nuts and cut the cake.

Pour into mold the rest of the mixture and place in refrigerator to congeal.

After complete curing, remove the form.
