Description
Shortcrust pastry is made by the rule of "1 -2 -3 ", described on the site (one part sugar, two of butter, three of flour). But the dough still includes 2 egg yolks and baking powder - is especially delicate and crumbly biscuits. In each cookie stick a highlight - the beautiful and the kids love it.

Cooking
Butter softening in the microwave or warm (if you have time). Mix in a blender the egg yolks, sugar, butter, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt. Oil part (e.g. a quarter or a third) can be replaced with vegetable oil works well.
Add the flour and knead the dough. The batter to stand in the cold for 20-30 minutes (in the freezer).
Roll out the dough, cut out circles and lay them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then in the center of each biscuit stick flavor. Raisins are dry, soak not necessary. Bake at 200°C until cookies are Golden. In about 10-15 minutes.
