Delicious watermelon mint sorbet with a hint of... recipe from the TV channel "Food". You know, it's not the season, and frosts are such that certainly not to cold, but just the opposite :) But... Summer is coming :) So the pre - sorbet recipe:)))))

Cooking
Let's start our "off-season" sorbet. First make a syrup of sugar and water with added mint leaves and lemon juice. Ie bring to boil all ingredients and then cooled. 2 mint leaves - for a fairly strong mint taste. In principle, you can add 1 leaf.
Watermelon grind in a blender to juice. Tell you a secret, the juice can be used as a standalone "dish" after straining it through a sieve :)
In the tank, which we will use for freezing, mix the watermelon juice and syrup (remember that was cold). And placed in the freezer for about four hours, stirring the mass every hour.
