Souffle potato
Very tasty and not a typical souffle with French fries, mushrooms and more! A rich dish with a rich flavor for winter feasts!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Potatoes fried in plenty of oil until soft.

Put potatoes in form (the sides and bottom to pre-smear vegetable oil) in 2-3 layers, each layer sprinkling cheese, a little salt.

Mushrooms cut and fry. Put into a form.

Melt the butter, mix with cream.

Beat eggs, stir the resulting mass with cheese.

Bacon and ham ( sausage or anything else) cut into small pieces.

To the mixture add the flour, mix well, and to unite with cold meats. Spread the mixture into the mold on top of the mushrooms. On top of a little cheese and freshly ground pepper.

Bake at 180 deg for about 30 min.

Cut into slices and served slightly cooled.
