Creamy chicken with lemon and thyme
A favorite in my family, chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, lemon and thyme. The recipe is very simple and easy to prepare. Only 30 minutes and the dish is ready! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Mix the Italian herbs, thyme, garlic powder, lemon pepper.

Chicken breast wash, dry, hit with a hammer. Take half cooked aromatic mixture, add salt to taste and RUB the chicken on all sides.

In a frying pan heat 25 grams of butter, I used butter TM Ekomilk. Fry the chicken on both sides for 5-7 minutes until tender. Place on a plate.

Mushrooms wash and coarsely chop.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

In a frying pan in which we fried the chicken, add the butter, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the liquid is evaporated.

In a bowl, mix the broth, cream, lemon juice and remaining seasoning.

Pour into the pan.

Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

In the sauce put chicken Breasts, bring to the boil and stew for another 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh thyme and red pepper. Garnish with lemon slices. Bon appetit!
