Cooking
Potato peel, chop and boil in salted water until tender.
Of prepared potatoes to mash, adding butter and milk. Mix well, salt to taste, cover and leave in a warm place.

On a dry pan fry the meat. Constantly with a fork to break up lumps of meat. Fry until all the liquid is evaporated. Add rosemary, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and to extinguish 5 minutes.
Stir in to meat vegetables. Gently stir and remove from heat.
Form for baking grease with sunflower oil. Spread the vegetables with the meat.
Cheese to grate or finely chop. Add half of cheese (50 grams) in puree, mix well. Spread on vegetables.
Puree smooth with a spoon. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread the pieces of butter Bake in the oven at 190*C for 20 minutes or until browned.
