Description
Roulade of Turkey fillet can decorate meats on the Christmas table. Or it can be submitted in the form of small finger sandwiches, very tasty and simple to prepare.

Cooking
Turkey fillet cut to make a smooth layer.
To repel from two sides, aligning the thickness of the piece. Pour soy sauce Kikkoman, if desired, pepper.
Lubricate the layer of meat cream cheese.
Spread sun-dried tomatoes.
Bell pepper, cut into strips (I have frozen).
Sprinkle chopped greens (I had frozen).
Gently roll the roulade. I'm holding it together with thread, just in case.
Wrap in 2 layers of foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Completely cool and cut into thin slices.
I have no special felling, I sliced the bread a glass. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil on both sides.
Cucumber cut into rings and put on toasted bread, on top lay a slice of Swiss roll and decorate with bell pepper and cucumber.
