Sea tiramisu
I really like this starter for the festive table, I want to offer to the cooks. Try it, it's delicious.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    125 g

  • Shrimp

    10 piece

  • Crab

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chives

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    2 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Shrimp lightly fried with chopped garlic and dry chili pepper in olive oil. Shift in portion cups.

Gently stir mascarpone with tomato paste, with finely chopped shallots, chives and a touch of my chili.

Separately, beat egg whites with salt until stiff.

Gently mix with a lot of mascarpone and put on the cups. Crab meat spread on top of the mass. Sprinkle with chilli and chopped chives, Bon appetite!!!
