Cooking
The slices of beef shank marinated in a mixture of sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman" and dry red wine, pepper on one side with a mixture of peppers, and the other flakes of red hot pepper. Put into the refrigerator for a period of from 4 hours to 2 days. Then fry over high heat. Onions chop and fry with the addition of 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Then add 50 ml. of dry red wine and evaporate.
In the bowl multivarki pour a Cup of beans to fill it with 200 ml. of boiling water, put the fried meat, onions, chopped tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Add 100 ml. of tomato juice. Fans can now add more wine.
