Ossobuco with beans in a slow cooker
Very satisfying, "brutal" manly dish. So fond of my husband that he even learned a new word.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    3 piece

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato juice

    100 ml

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Sundried tomatoes

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Peppers red hot chilli

The slices of beef shank marinated in a mixture of sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman" and dry red wine, pepper on one side with a mixture of peppers, and the other flakes of red hot pepper. Put into the refrigerator for a period of from 4 hours to 2 days. Then fry over high heat. Onions chop and fry with the addition of 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Then add 50 ml. of dry red wine and evaporate.
