Scones with jam
I love yeast dough, bake a lot from it. I love when the house smells of pastries baking. Today baked buns with jam "Abolitis", they are wonderful, weightless, soft. very tasty.

Ingredients

In a bowl pour 175 ml of warm water stir 1 tsp of sugar ( take from the total amount of sugar), add yeast, stir a lot, tighten the bowl with foil or close the lid, leave for 1 hour in the heat. I'm doing the following in the microwave put a glass of water, heated for 10 minutes, shut off, the glass remains in the microwave and put the dough. Temperature for raising dough guaranteed.

An hour to get the dough. Add remaining warm water, salt, soft butter, sugar, vanilla, add the flour, knead the dough.

To give again to come, weigh the dough divided into 12 balls. Each bulb podcating, let rest the dough for 5 minutes. The dough is quite sticky, flour do not add.!!! This is important!!! To form the buns on a silicone Mat, or grease a table with oil.

This is probably one of my favorite rolls in my family. Another thank you Ludmila, for your detailed recipe. The rolls are incredible, they are sweet, fluffy, and at the same time salty. A very interesting taste. Here the dough is smooth, pretty quick time, but only need to samitivate smell, I for some reason does not work all the time swings open during proofing.
