Ingredients

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Pumpkin

    120 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    40 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Ingredients for cupcakes.

To start, grate on a fine grater carrots and pumpkin.

In a bowl with a whisk mix eggs with sugar.

Add the melted butter. Stir. Add the grated pumpkin and carrots. Add the zest and juice of half a lemon. Stir.

Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder and chopped nuts.

All mix until a homogeneous consistency of the dough.

Muffin tins filled with dough 2/3. Put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.

Finished cakes remove from oven and allow to cool.
