Dill scones
Tender, flavorful muffin with an airy crumb and crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

  • Dill

    50 g

The yeast mix with the flour, add the milk, heated to 38*C, salt, sugar, sour cream and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave to rise.

Dill wash, dry and finely chop.

When the dough is ready, you should press down and divide into two parts 1/3 and 2\3.

In the part that is more, stir in the dill.

Plain batter and batter with spices divided into 10 parts and roll them into balls. Cover with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes.

Then the white balls roll out and wrap them in green, edge stung.

Baking tray lay a parchment, put on it the balls seam side down. Top make cross-cuts. Cover with a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Before baking sprinkle with water and bake in the oven at 220*C for 20-30 minutes until they are Golden.
