Cupcake of chickpea flour with poppy seeds
Insanely delicious cupcake! And from chickpea flour. And what a beautiful structure: delicate, crumbly and slightly moist. I highly recommend to try the cakes of chickpea flour, if you haven't tried. For the recipe thanks Anna.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas flour

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    130 g

  • Cheese

    130 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Mac

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    110 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Poppy grind in a coffee grinder. Raisins to steam and dry.
