Description

The chicken liver pate
Easy to prepare, but very tasty and tender pate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions and carrots finely chop, send in the pan along with drain. oil to stew under a lid until transparent.

Liver wash, dry, remove excess film, sprinkle with flour, mix well.

Prepared the liver add to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, cover, simmer until tender.

If towards the end of cooking formed a lot of juice, evaporate it on high heat without a lid for several minutes. Add the nutmeg, crushed with a blender to paste, put into a form to cool.
