Cooking
First, prepare everything for the pancakes. Peel potatoes and onion
Chop the onion as fine as possible (may RUB on a grater)
Three grated potatoes together with the onion place in a bowl. To potatoes not darkened, add two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and stir the whole mass.
Then add paprika, mix peppers, salt, starch.
Heat the pan with oil, reduce heat to low. With a spoon spread the potato mixture and press it. On top add a slice of cucumber.
Cucumber cover again potato mixture. Cover the pan and fry pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
While frying the pancakes, prepare the mushrooms. Cut the onion into larger and send him to roast in the pan or in the cauldron. Mushrooms ( I had canned), well washed in water and squeeze.
When the onions are softened, put mushrooms to the onions and fry without a lid until the condition as you like. I like to fry until they start to "shoot". But be careful. They start to splash oil.
