A couple of days ago Vic posted a recipe for beef roulade with marinated chicken, and I remembered that I have the recipe, though with pork. And I have marinated pork and chicken there. But also came out very tasty

Cooking
For marinade pepper and juniper just to suppress. Mix all the ingredients. Pork cut "book". Spread with marinade, put in a container for a couple of hours at night

On top of chicken put chopped fresh herbs.
On top of greens put wedges of carrots
Roll and secure with cooking string. Pack in foil and place in a preheated 190C for 1 hour and 10 minutes
To remove, open the foil, remove the thread, coat with mustard and put another 15 minutes.
You can have from a hot, but cold is good too.
