Udder with vegetables
An interesting dish. Years ago... many have tried in one Chinese restaurant in Odessa. Loved it!!! The children said delicious soft meat!

Ingredients

  • Udder

    900 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 sprig

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the udder. First boil 2 hours. Drain off the water. Pour fresh water and cook for another 4 hours. In the second boiling, you can add spices. I cooked in the slow cooker.

Prepare the vegetables.

Chop the vegetables. Carrots to RUB on a grater for carrots in Korean.

Melt the oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the shredded meat. Fry.

Add rest of the vegetables. Pour soy sauce. Add the juice of half a lemon.

Simmer until tender. It is ideal to serve with rice noodles.
