The chicken liver pate with raisins
Tender, flavorful and incredibly delicious pate. Which will bring you lots of pleasure and the minimum of hassle.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    75 g

  • Dessert wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sage

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

The raisins put in a bowl and pour the wine. Cover with wrap and place in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at high temperature.

Liver clear from the films. In a pan melt the butter and fry the liver for 5-7 minutes with crushed garlic and sage. Add freshly ground black pepper.

Put everything in a blender and grind.

Add cream and wine from under raisins. Again to beat.

Molds grease with vegetable oil and on the bottom lay the raisins.

Fill the moulds with the paste, cover and chill. Before serving, slide a knife around the inside of the ramekins and then invert on a plate.
