Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • A mixture of spices

  • Bread

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pepper cut into dlinnenkie strips of zucchini and eggplant slices

Finely chop the onion

Finely chop greens

Fry the onion

To the onions add the zucchini, eggplant and peppers, fry for 10-15 minutes

Add fresh herbs, diced tomatoes (I pre-scalded with boiling water and skins removed), a mixture of herbs, vinegar, salt, pepper, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Bread slice and fry as you wish (I'm on the pan with butter)
