Description
Dear cooks, today I want to treat you to delicious and quick to prepare gelatine pie: the filling is juicy with a nice tomato acidity and beautiful color combined with a soft and airy dough. Know water many pies on the website, but I have not found. I would be glad if the recipe will come in handy.

Cooking
Finely shred the cabbage.
Garlic skip through the press.
Green onions, parsley and dill finely chop.
On medium heat, heat a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.
In hot oil put cabbage, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup (or tomato paste), mix well.
On low heat (lid not closing), stirring occasionally, simmer the cabbage until tender (about 15 min). All the liquid should evaporate. Turn off the heat, add chopped greens and stir. Remove stuffing until aside.
Prepare the dough: in a bowl crack eggs, add mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir with a whisk (whip is not necessary, just stir until smooth).
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and again mix the dough.
Form (Ø 18-20 cm) grease with vegetable oil, spread half of the dough.
The layer of dough spread the filling and level it.
On top pour rest of the batter, level it over the filling, optional sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes. be Guided by your oven!
