Cooking
In a large bowl mix the flour, icing sugar, egg yolk, and butter at room temperature. Knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
While the dough is in the fridge, prepare the filling. Sour cream mixed with sugar and eggs, add the juice of one lemon and lemon zest.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and place in molds. To make bumpers, fill the cakes with cream. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
