Peppers with buckwheat

  • Pepper

  • Buckwheat

  • Brisket

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

To the onions add the bacon and fry all together.

Buckwheat mixed with bacon and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the stuffing tightly in the two halves of pepper. Pour on top of filling. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
