Shank baked
Very tasty, hearty and homemade like this recipe for a cold winter evening) Aromatic knuckle, delicious porridge, warm and gather at the table the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Wheat groats

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Cheese

    150 g

Knuckle soak for a couple of hours in cold water, then thoroughly washed, skoblin, clean. Put on to cook for 1.5-2 hours (the broth you can add any spices. I have onion, Bay leaf, cloves, pepper, salt). Cereals pour boiling water, cover and set aside for a time, until cooked knuckle.

Mix tomato paste, mustard (any), soy sauce and chopped greens. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms.

The finished shank is slightly cool and remove from bones. Carefully coat our "sauce" from all sides. Form a roll (no link, just give the original form). Put it in the center of the form in which it will bake.

In porridge add sauteed mushrooms, add salt to taste. Spread a mess around the shank.

On top of porridge spread in a single layer tomato, thinly sliced.

Garlic three on a fine grater and mix with sour cream. Covered with a thin layer of sour cream on our porridge.

Sprinkle all grated cheese. Close foil and put into oven preheated to 210*. After 20 minutes remove the foil and leave until Browning (about 15 minutes).
