Cooking
To prepare the dough:yeast mixed with 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp sugar and 70 CL. warm milk and stir, set aside for 15 minutes and allow to rise.

Pour in the yeast mixture, add the egg yolks, butter, zest and remaining milk.
Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. The dough should double in size.
