I offer you the recipe for vegetable puffs from puff pastry

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add sugar TM Mistral, salt, add water and knead the dough. The dough will be thick, elastic and does not stick to hands
