Cooking
1) the Potatoes wash and clean.
2) Make the marinade: water, vinegar, wine, salt, sugar, mix until smooth and dissolve the salt and sugar, taste.
3) Slice the potatoes into thin slices. Pour the marinade the potatoes, stir that all potatoes were covered with pickles floating in it. Remove the bowl of potatoes in the cold for about 10-12 hours. Potatoes should be immediately put in the marinade, so it does not darken after cutting.
4) put the potatoes in a strainer to remove the liquid. Arrange the potatoes on a towel in a single layer, cover with a paper towel to blot the excess liquid that the potatoes become dry.
5) Heat the oil in a pan and drop the potato in small batches, fry until the desired it will turn brown. Then put it on a paper towel, Pat dry to absorb excess oil.
