Delicious traditional Greek cookies on grape juice! Goodies for fast days!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    420 g

  • Juice

    125 ml

  • Olive oil

    65 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    65 ml

  • Brown sugar

    125 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Baking powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift flour and mix with baking powder.

Beat with a mixer the oil with the grape juice, sugar and spices for about 5 min.

Gradually spoon add the flour, kneading the dough. Gameseven hands. The dough is soft, oily, not glued.
