Lemon pudding with lavender
I recently discovered a new taste in cooking is lavender. Since then, looking for a variety of recipes with this ingredient, like something, some don't. Choose the best and some of them want to share with you)))

Ingredients

  • Lavender

    4 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    60 ml

  • Flour

    60 g

Cooking

Beat softened butter with sugar. Add lavender and lemon zest, mix well.

In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks with the milk and lemon juice (juice 60 ml + 60 ml water). Add the flour.

To connect both mass and mix thoroughly.

Gently stir beaten egg whites.

Put the dough into shape (I have a diameter of 26.5). The form to set cookie sheet or other form of greater size. In a pan pour hot water and put our pudding in the oven, preheated to 180*. Bake for about 40 minutes. Let cool completely in the form (I just left it in the oven with the door open). Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
