Ingredients for making dough for cakes
In a bowl add 1 egg white, whisking slowly add the powdered sugar (100 gr.)
Egg whites and powdered sugar and beat until medium peaks
In a separate bowl add the egg yolks (2 PCs.)
Add the rest of powdered sugar, meant for the test (50 gr.)

To the whipped proteins add to the yolk mass
In a separate bowl, combine the wheat flour (100 gr.) and almond flour (50 gr.)
Butter (50 gr.) melt, cool, add to the egg mixture, then portions add the dry ingredients (almond and wheat flour). The batter gently knead upwards
Ready put the dough in the prepared form and send in a preheated t180-190C oven
Bake until light cream color. Willing to test on dry kindling. I want to note that I give only an approximate temperature of the oven everyone is different and everyone needs to focus on the capabilities of your oven. The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or prepare any cream. In this recipe I made regular, the simplest protein cream
For the cream: Proteins (2 PCs) whisking, add 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar
Add the lemon dressing or lemon juice (about 1.5 tablespoons). The cream and again beat well.
Using a pastry bag transplant on cakes prepared with sweet cream tea!
