Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Ricotta

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Grapes

    400 g

  • Berry

  • Powdered sugar

Prepare the necessary products.

From the beginning make the dough. In a bowl pour in the milk, the melted butter, add the cane sugar Demerara, eggs, salt.
