Lemon pudding lemon
Pudding is a classic English dessert. Its main ingredients – sugar and eggs. Some puddings are baked, others are best served cold, but they all have delicate fluffy texture. And most importantly, that the pudding is not too runny.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    30 ml

Have lemons cut the lid and remove the middle, taking care not to damage the crust. Squeezed from the pulp of the juice.

Mix eggs with lemon mixture, add oil and let heat up. Constantly interfere. When will appear the first bubbles, add the starch mixed with water. As the mixture thickens - remove from heat.
