Marmalade of semolina
This dessert will surely appeal to children. Very original look. Well eaten (that's really wanted the incision to take a picture, walked away for 10 minutes, and I had the entire song is ruined). This dish is nice variety to Your menu and will delight children.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Mascarpone

    125 g

  • Cranberry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Agar-agar

    3 tsp

Cooking

From cranberry squeeze the juice.

Cook porridge. For the semolina I used Semolina TM Mistral.

Mixed with cranberry juice, mascarpone, whipped in a blender.

Warmed up. Gently introduced agar-agar, again all fluffed up

Cookie cutters for cutting cookie soaked with water, fill them with the resulting mess
