Cooking
Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes
Onion cut into half rings
Processed cheese grate on a fine grater
On a heated with vegetable oil put the onion and fry, literally half a minute
To the onions add the tomatoes (with juice), mix with onion and cover with lid. simmer for 5 minutes
Then add spices: salt, black pepper, dried Chile, cumin, and Basil. Stir and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Add grated cheese and, more IMPORTANTLY, well and quickly stir so the cheese was not lumpy, and well-melted.
Add the greens, stir, cover and turn off the gas.
Add the dressing to the spaghetti and serve hot. Bon appetit.
