Cooking
Take a piece of fillet with skin (we call it a sidewall) any fish of the salmon species. I have the budget we have salmon.
Sprinkle fillets freshly-ground mixture of peppers, pour lemon juice ( 2 tbsp) soy sauce "Kikkoman" (2 tbsp), set aside to marinate.
Clean cooked frozen shrimp, cut into thin strips red bell pepper and celery. Pour lemon juice (1 tbsp), soy sauce "Kikkoman" (1 tbsp), sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers.
Take fish layer and lightly crush the pulp so that it is easier folded. Put on top of pickled vegetables, shrimp and parsley.
Tightly rolled in a roll and pierce with wooden skewers. For your convenience, so roll does not fall apart, I took two skewers. You can use a small metal skewer. Recommend wooden skewers soak in water so they don't burn.
Bake the rolls on the coals, turning periodically, for about 15 minutes. If you have no conditions to roast on the coals, you can bake on the grill in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
The rolls are served hot on lettuce leaves. Enjoy your holiday!
