Sea buckthorn cake
Turned out great cupcake! It includes a lot of healthy components: it's oatmeal, sea buckthorn jam, sea buckthorn berries, raisins. Fragrant, soft and delicate, moderately sweet, with light acidity, this cupcake won me over. I suggest to you the recipe, perhaps someone it will also have to taste.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

  • Jam

    300 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Raisins

  • Berry

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, berries and raisins. All mix well.

Milk, yogurt, egg, melted butter and 5 tbsp. of sea buckthorn jam (Mahe) a good whisk.

Putting it all together, mix well.

Spread into a greased muffin tin and put in oven at t.200 degrees for 35-40 minutes depending on the capabilities of the oven.

Here we have turned out beautiful. While the cake is still hot, coat it with jam, with jam well absorbed.
