Focaccia with bacon and cornmeal
Recipe found in one book, still have never seen Focaccia or the pizza with added corn flour, so I decided to try. Focaccia turns out, airy, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Greens

  • Butter

    50 g

Flour, salt, yeast, milk and butter, 2 tbsp chopped bacon and 50 g of corn flour knead the dough, I did it in HP, which is very convenient. It is necessary to leave the dough for a few minutes to rest about 10-15.

The finished dough is not distributable in the form in which we bake, but don't roll out too thinly. Coat the dough with olive oil.

Sprinkle the remaining corn flour and sprinkle a little water on top.

Chopped bacon and greens spread on the surface. Put in oven T=200 * for 20-30 minutes.
