Bright vegetable side dish
Summer-bright and light vegetable side dish with a spicy touch of garlic and thyme:)

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Thyme

  • Vegetable oil

For a bright garnish you need: -broccoli-200 g green beans-200 g -mini-carrot-200 g -Bulgarian pepper red and yellow-1 piece -garlic-3 cloves thyme-a few sprigs vegetable oil for frying

Broccoli, beans and carrots to boil in salted water separately from each other until ready.

For that would broccoli and beans after cooking not lost brightness, drain them through a colander and rinse with ice water.

Pepper cut into large cubes.

Fry in hot pan in small amount of vegetable oil until tender. To postpone on a plate.

Garlic finely chop.

In hot vegetable oil fry the chopped garlic and a few sprigs of thyme for 1-2 minutes. To get thyme on top.

Add all the vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes on high heat. Optional finished dish, you can season with pepper and sprinkle with a thin half-rings of sweet red onion.
