Pancakes made from quinoa with zucchini
Delicious and healthy pancakes. I often make these for Breakfast to their kids. And if the side dish is quinoa, they are not for anything, then these pancakes, "with magic seeds inside," fly away from the table very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Quinoa

    200 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Quinoa boil until tender, in accordance with the instructions on the package.

I took Quinoa TM Mistral.

Zucchini peel, grate on a coarse grater. Garlic peel and finely chop.

In olive oil on low heat fry the garlic, add the zucchini, season with salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Beat eggs with sour cream.

Connect the zucchini, the quinoa, add the flour and egg mixture. Mix everything carefully. On a heated pan with olive oil spread with a spoon pancakes and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
