Gingerbread Whoopie
This name cannot be translated into Russian. The closest is "Wow!". Legend has it that these sweet cupcakes-biscuits, glued a layer of sweet, baked their husbands farmer of the American South. And those opening your lunch box, exclaimed in astonishment:"Whoopee!" Whoopi are very different: chocolate, banana, carrot and gingerbread. My children love more than just chocolate (but the recipe is almost like I have on the website) and gingerbread. So today, bake a gingerbread Whoopie!

  • Brown sugar

  • Leavening agent

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

Let's start baking our cookies! First, mix the flour and spices, all the dry ingredients.

Then slowly add our flour with spices and knead a soft, sticky dough. Put it in a bag and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. In the morning I make the dough and bake in the evening.

From this quantity of dough you have to make 60 balls. I divide in two, then two again and so on. Balls about the size between a hazelnut and walnut somewhere.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

For the cream whisk until smooth all the ingredients.
