Description
This name cannot be translated into Russian. The closest is "Wow!". Legend has it that these sweet cupcakes-biscuits, glued a layer of sweet, baked their husbands farmer of the American South. And those opening your lunch box, exclaimed in astonishment:"Whoopee!" Whoopi are very different: chocolate, banana, carrot and gingerbread. My children love more than just chocolate (but the recipe is almost like I have on the website) and gingerbread. So today, bake a gingerbread Whoopie!

Cooking
Let's start baking our cookies! First, mix the flour and spices, all the dry ingredients.
The softened butter vzbit with sugar...
Then add the honey, and again beat into a soft mousse.
The egg and again beat into a soft mousse on medium speed...
Sour cream or yogurt added...
Then slowly add our flour with spices and knead a soft, sticky dough. Put it in a bag and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. In the morning I make the dough and bake in the evening.
From this quantity of dough you have to make 60 balls. I divide in two, then two again and so on. Balls about the size between a hazelnut and walnut somewhere.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
For the cream whisk until smooth all the ingredients.
When cookies are cool, spread them with cream and blind in pairs. I was engaged in children. :)
Here are the cookies turned out.
Here is a bite (who had not noticed, but decided that useful) :)
But our Whoopi! In lunch boxes! Well? Try and say Whoopee! Or at least: Wow!
