Cooking
To prepare cookies Savoiardi. Sift the flour.

To make ice cream. Mint rinse well and dry.
In a saucepan pour the milk, put mint. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Infuse mint leaves in the milk for 30 minutes.
Then warm the mixture to grind immersion blender.
And drain in a fine sieve.
In a saucepan combine milk, sugar and vanilla.
A thin stream pour 500 ml mint milk. Carefully mix everything.
In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch and remaining mint milk (100 ml).
The milk mixture is put on low heat and bring to a boil. Then add the starch and cook the milk jelly. Hot jelly pour into a bowl through a fine sieve.
Cool, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
It's time to prepare strong coffee (I have a tiramisu-flavored). Allow to cool.
To prepare the ganache. Chocolate breaking into pieces.
In a saucepan pour in the cream. Put on fire and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Cookies moistened in coffee (I did it with the help of culinary brush).
On top of brushing the ganache. To give the chocolate to set and re-apply the ganache. Cookies one (without spaces) to cover the ganache and give it a good freeze.
Cold cream vzbit to stable peaks.
Mix the whipped cream with cold (!!!) milk jelly. Ice cream is ready! You can add chocolate chips and pour into moulds and put in the freezer, after 3-4 hours you can start to eat. The real delicious ice cream! But my goal is Popsicle! So I continue to conjure)))
Disposable cups for food to half fill ice cream.
Then insert the cookie stick.
Carefully completely fill the cups of ice cream. To knock the glass on the surface so that ice cream fills all the voids. And send in the freezer for 4 hours (I left overnight).
After a time the cups with ice cream to get out of the freezer, let stand for 5 minutes or for a few seconds to lower in hot water, so the ice cream was easy to remove. Optional sprinkle Popsicle chocolate chips. Or melt the chocolate in a water bath, cool to room temperature. Then dip the ice cream in the chocolate. The chocolate solidifies immediately!
