I love Panna cotta for its delicate flavor, like so many others. But spicy tried, if not, come on in. This dessert is beautiful, easy completion of Your holiday favorite.

Cooking
To prepare the spices. Gelatin, if You are not instant, pour a small amount of water (1 tbsp).
Vanilla pod cut (break) in half lengthwise and scrape into the cream. Add the cardamom, cinnamon and star anise. Heat cream with spices, not boiling. The pan remove from heat and let the cream cook under a lid for 30-40 minutes.
Cream, strain, add sugar, heat again, without boiling, and remove from heat. Add the gelatine. Stir until the crystals dissolve gelatin.
Creamy mass pour into molds and place in the refrigerator until firm. Before serving, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
