Bread with beer and black tea
The recipe for this wonderful, delicious bread to take from the pamphlet "Baking bread at home" (I was given by the Ira (Irena Paloma)). The bread turns out very fragrant, with good structure that doesn't crumble when cutting bread, with beer or coffee does not smell absolutely. Coffee and beer gave the bread a nice dark color.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Dark beer

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    75 ml

  • Black tea

    75 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

Lay all the ingredients according to the instructions for your bread maker. Tea, yogurt pre-mix.
