Chicken fillet roll with a rolling pin, lining thickness. Spread sheets TM Maggi for fillet in Italian and it is good to press the paper to the fillet. I had the small filet and I had the one sheet.

Serve immediately, adding a glass of dry white wine and fresh bread.
